Hazel's New school clothes
Hazel was excited, her heart full of cheer. A new school year was finally here. She couldn't wait to meet her teacher and friends. On making a good impression, she depends.

Hazel asked Mommy to take her to the store. She wanted new clothes and maybe more. They looked for dresses, shirts, and pants. Hazel picked colors that made her heart dance.

Purple and pink were Hazel's favorite hues. She chose socks, and even new shoes. Everything matched, from head to toe. Hazel's excitement continued to grow.

Mommy found a bow for Hazel's hair. It was pink and purple, with sparkles to spare. Hazel loved it and wore it with pride. She felt ready for school, with Mommy by her side.

The night before school, Hazel couldn't sleep. She was so excited, she counted sheep. She laid out her clothes, all neat and fine. Tomorrow she'd shine, like a star in the sky.

Morning came, and Hazel felt a bit shy. But Mommy hugged her and said, "Give it a try." Hazel walked to school, her heart beating fast. She hoped her new friends would like her at last.
