Summary of Penny & Granny Clean the Park! On a bright and sunny day, Granny and Penny decide to clean up the park. They put on their aprons, overalls, gloves, caps, and masks, ready for the job! With rakes and plastic bags in hand, they begin sorting rubbish into the correct bins—one for paper, one for plastic, and one for food waste. As they work, funny moments unfold—Penny mistakes a floating object for a hat (but it’s just a rat!), leaves and papers fly everywhere, and a yoghurt cup makes a messy splat! Despite the laughs and a well-earned juice and cake break, they finish the job together. At the end, the park is clean and beautiful, and Granny reminds Penny that keeping the environment tidy is something they should do every year. The story ends with a simple lesson: always pick up trash and keep nature clean!

This children's book, "Timmy and the Trickster Ads," is about a boy named Timmy who learns an important lesson about misleading advertising. At first, Timmy believes a cereal commercial that claims it will make him run super fast. But when he eats it and sees no difference, he realizes he was tricked! His friend Maya teaches him about false advertising, explaining how companies sometimes make big promises they don’t actually keep. Throughout the story, Timmy and Maya discover different types of deceptive ads, including: Greenwashing (when companies pretend to be eco-friendly just to sell more products). False promises in weight-loss ads (ads that make products sound more effective than they really are). Exaggerated claims (like ads that promise unrealistic results, such as getting stronger from a milkshake). By the end of the book, Timmy learns to question ads, check facts, and think critically before believing everything he sees. The story teaches kids an early lesson about media awareness and smart consumer choices in a fun and engaging way! 😊

He opened it and whoosh—a glowing green cape flew out! "Wow! Maybe it’s magic?" Just then—🦆 "Asaf! Help!" Dudu the duck flapped wildly. "The farm gate opened! The animals ran away!" This is Peddy, and she is excited for her first day of school. Peddy kissed her mom and dad goodbye and walked out the door. As she happily sang, she made sure to walk on the side of the road where she could see approaching vehicles. On her way, Peddy saw Ian using his phone while walking and gasped, "Oh no!" She quickly approached Ian and said, "Good morning, Ian! Don’t use your phone while walking; it’s dangerous." Ian quickly put his phone away. "Oh, hi! Thank you for telling me, Peddy. Come on, let’s walk together!" As they continued walking, Peddy noticed white lines painted across the road. "Ian, we should walk on the pedestrian lane. Pedestrian lanes are designed to help us cross the road safely." They were about to cross when Peddy saw a traffic light ahead with three different colors. She stopped at the sidewalk. Ian looked at Peddy in confusion. "Why did you stop, Peddy? Come on! There are no cars anymore; we can cross the road." Peddy shook her head. "No, Ian. The traffic light is green, which means vehicles can go. Red means stop, and yellow means slow down." Ian then noticed the pedestrian signal. "Does the hand palm sign mean we should wait and not cross yet?" Peddy nodded. "Yes! And look, now the walking man signal has lit up. That means we can cross safely. That’s a pedestrian signal!" Ian was about to step forward, but Peddy stopped him again. "Before crossing, we should always follow the Stop, Look, and Listen rule. Stop before stepping onto the road. Look for approaching vehicles. Sometimes you can’t see them, so listen carefully for any nearby cars. If it’s all clear, then we can cross." Ian nodded, understanding the safety rules. Finally, Peddy and Ian walked across the pedestrian lane safely. They greeted the school guard happily, feeling secure and ready for their first day of school.
