Finally, let it all out with a long sigh through your mouth. Try it with me.” Benji closed his eyes and followed the steps: He took a big breath in through his nose. He added a tiny extra sip of air at the top. Then he let out a long, slow sigh through his mouth. “Ahh,” Benji said, feeling his chest relax. The whirling tornado inside him slowed down. “It works!” Master Ling nodded. “It does. This is a gift you can use anytime you feel stressed or scared. Practice it often, and you’ll always have a way to find calm.” From that day on, Benji shared the secret of the Calm Breath with everyone in Breezy Hollow. Whenever his friends felt worried, he’d remind them, “Top up your breath before you sigh!” Soon, the whole village used the Calm Breath to stay calm and happy.

She flew over to him and said “excuse me, sir, but could you please let my friend the fish go?” But the fisherman only heard “caw, caw, caw caaaw, caw caw.” Sally flew back to the fish. The fish asked, “is he going to let me go?” “No” Sally replied, “he doesn’t speak seagull.” Just then a sea otter swam up, he had heard them talking and was wondering what the commotion was all about. Page 2 The two brothers arrived at the Old Wall and saw the ancient wall and narrow gate. Ming told Wah that this place once defended against pirate invasions. Page 3 As they walked into the village, they saw villagers preparing for the Spring and Autumn Festival. Wah excitedly said, “I want to see these traditional rituals!” Page 4 Ming took Wah to the Tin Hau Temple, where a statue of Tin Hau was enshrined.
