am going to tell the story of John the Penny Pincher, who hated spending money or giving it to anyone. One day, John lost his Bag with 100 gold coins. He reported the same to the King. He also promised a reward of 10 gold coins to the person who returned his bag.

Danny was an 11-year-old boy who loved solving puzzles and exploring. One afternoon, while walking home from school, he noticed a folded paper tied with a red string lying on the sidewalk. Curious, he picked it up and found an old map with a note: "If you’re brave, your journey begins at the big oak tree." Excited, Danny followed the map to the oak tree in the park. Beneath its roots, he found a small box. Inside was a strange key and another note: "This key opens a door to something extraordinary. Look for the door at the old bridge." Without hesitation, Danny grabbed his bike and raced to the old bridge. There, hidden behind a pile of rocks, was a rusty door. Turning, he saw an old man with a mischievous grin. – "You’ve done well to get this far, Danny," the man said. "But the real test is about to begin." Danny’s heart raced. What was in the chest? And what did the old man mean by a "real test"?

Grandma Gross, Darlene, grew up in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. She had 2 sisters, she liked to roller skate, she liked to write, and . Her Grandpa Gross, James, grew up in Lastrup, Minnesota. He had 2 brothers and 2 sisters, he helped out at his father's grocery store, could fix just about anything, and joined the Navy. Darlene and Jim met at the Falls Ballroom and fell in love. They married September 1st, 1956 and went on to have 4 daughters. As a family, Grandma and Grandpa and the 4 girls traveled, went camping, visited grandparents, and had family dinners together. Eventually the 4 daughters grew up and had their own kids and mama was born. Mama spent time with her grandparents at their Camper at Camp Holiday, and had Christmas, holidays, and birthday celebrations with the entire family. Grandma and mama were very close. Mama has the wedding ring that grandpa presented to grandma all those years ago in 1956. Grandma and Grandpa are buried at Fort Snelling.

While in bed, she heard a noise by the window. She lifted up her head, and looked out. What did she see? A big ole bee! He motioned with his wing. “Hey follow me. I have something you must see.” Adeline Mae jumped out of bed and ran as fast as she could, but the bee was too fast and flew far, far ahead. “Slow down.” She said. The bee turned around and flew to her side. “We don’t have time for this slack. Jump on my back.” The bee buzzed. So why could she hear this big ole bee? Well, it was because today Addie Mae turned three, and only special little girls can talk to animals as soon as they turn three. C is for cottage. So Adeline Mae jumps on his back and they fly down the hill and into the woods, and he took her to where a little secret cottage stood. D is for dog. The cottage was covered with thousands of beautiful flowers. Hidden behind the flowers was a small gold door. They open the door and are greeted with a loud bark. Inside the secret cottage is a white fluffy poodle. “Did you bring me my strudel?” The poodle is Sir Henry, the famous one eyed dog. E is for Eagle. “I’m so sorry.” Buzzes the bee, but the Eagle took your Strudel.” He says to the poodle. “The Eagle took my strudel!” The poodle barks wildly. The bee waves his wings in the air to silence the poodle. “But don’t stress your noodle. You grouchy one eyed poodle. Because I have a plan. I brought you this girl.” “Step forward girl. What makes her so special?”
